Hello, and welcome to East Tennessee Family Dentistry! I’m Amber and I’m likely the first person you’ll meet at our office, whether that’s over the phone or when you arrive for your appointment. I handle scheduling for the practice, as well as working with you on insurance matters and answering questions about financials and treatment. I’m constantly seeking out new ways to improve the service we offer, so we run smoothly and you enjoy your visits.
I started my career in 2004, with an associate’s degree in dental assisting, and later transitioned to the front office. I am all about customer service and look forward to helping make sure your dental needs are met.
Family keeps me on the go outside of work. My husband and I have a combined family of five kids, so our house is never boring! We enjoy all things outdoors and on the weekends we are usually camping, kayaking, fishing, hunting, or taking a ride the side-by-side. We also enjoy playing board games, video games, cards, and corn hole.

Welcome to East Tennessee Family Dentistry! I’m Kathy, and I’ll help you check in and out of your appointment, in addition to scheduling your future appointments. I’m a real people person, so I love catching up with our patients and learning new things about them at each visit.
I started in dentistry at the front desk in 2002, but wanted to continue my education to be a more versatile team member so I went back to school and earned my RDA license in 2014. I genuinely believe that we have a great staff and the best doctor ever!
I have a wonderful husband named Ronnie and between the two of us, we have two kids, Caleb and Brooke. In our free time, we enjoy camping at our permanent spot on the lake in Russellville, TN, and going to the gym. We have two crazy dogs named Finn and Stella who keep us busy as well!

Welcome to our office! I’m Carmen, one of the first people you’ll meet in our office. I’ll help you schedule appointments, check you insurance, and process your financial information. I really enjoy helping people feel better and making lifelong friendships throughout the way!
I started working in the dental field in 2005 as a dental assistant in Nashville for an oral surgery office. When I moved, I started assisting in general dentistry, and then helping in the front with insurance payments and as a treatment coordinator. Now, I do a little of both wherever I’m needed!
When I'm not working, I have two fur babies named Maggie and Moses that get my full attention. I really like spending time with my family and friends. I have two adorable nephews who are my favorite people to spend time with. My favorite hobbies are doing crafts and hiking with friends. I love taking trips with my two best friends; we try to go somewhere new every time!

Hello and welcome! I’m Christine, a dental assistant here at East Tennessee Family Dentistry. I provide chairside assistance, which includes helping the doctor with various procedures. I also offer home care guidance and help answer any questions you may have before or after treatment.
I attended Dental Staff School of Knoxville, graduating in 2021, and joined Dr. Dinsmore’s staff shortly after. My favorite part of my job is helping people get a smile they are proud of, while keeping them comfortable and at ease. I love seeing the finished result of the work we do—it truly makes me love my job even more!
Outside of work, I spend my time with my daughter. I enjoy doing all things outdoors and love to be on the lake or in the mountains.

As one of our dental assistants, I will prepare you for your dental procedure and be with you from beginning to end to make sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. It’s a blessing to participate in life-changing dental care and watch patients regain confidence after achieving a new smile!
I attended Competitive Edge Dental Assisting Academy in Kingston, TN, and am certified in dental radiology and nitrous oxide monitoring. Being a member of Dr. Dinsmore’s team has been a truly uplifting experience. We are a family here!
Outside of work, i am very family oriented and love spending time with my little girl. We enjoy the outdoors and travel, but most of all, we love quality time with family.

Hello! I’m Paige, one of our office’s dental assistants. I am one of the friendly faces that will be working chair-side with the doctor during your procedures. My mission is to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident with your dental treatment and that walk away with a happy healthy smile!
I started in the dental field in 2019 after graduating from Dental Staff School of Knoxville. I have experience in pediatric and corporate dentistry, but truly love private practice the most! East Tennessee Family Dentistry is not your average dental office, we are truly a family!
I am a hometown girl born and raised in Knoxville, TN. I have a 10 year old son and boxer mix puppy that keep me busy! When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my son and puppy, hiking, spending time on the lake, or doing anything outdoors!

Hello! I’m LJ, one of our dental hygienists. My role here entails providing dental cleanings and oral health education to support your overall health and wellbeing. I enjoy helping people maintain good oral health, and seeing positive changes take place over time.
I started my dental career more than 15 years ago and graduated from Chattanooga State’s dental hygiene program. I feel fortunate to have found East Tennessee Family Dentistry—it’s become my second home!
I'm from Knoxville and Chattanooga primarily, but have lived in many places. Most recently, we've lived in South Carolina, Georgia, and Idaho for my husband's work. My husband, our three fur babies, and I are happy to be back home! Traveling is one of my favorite things to do, but my time at home is spent seeing friends and family.

Hello! I’m Andrea, one of our office’s dental hygienists. In addition to cleaning your teeth, I’ll also take your X-rays and provide education on how to keep your smile bright and sparkling at home. I love working with people, so dental hygiene is a perfect fit for me!
I spent four years as a dental assistant before going to dental hygiene school. I graduated in 2020 with hygiene degree. I love teeth and I love helping people keep their smiles bright!
I’ve been married for five years to my wonderful husband, Jacob. I spend most of my time chasing my two energetic kids, Eva and Thomas. I enjoy hiking, baking, and riding motorcycles. We have two cats, Portobello and Luigi, who keep the entire family entertained. Between cats and kids, life is never boring.

Welcome to our office! I’m Kristie, a dental hygienist. I love to see the improvements and progress of each patient and focus on preventive treatments to keep all patients in their optimal health. The best part of hygiene is getting to see so many different people throughout the day and meeting their specific needs.
I started my dental career in 2019, working as a hygiene assistant for a few months while in hygiene school. I graduated magna cum laude from Utah Valley University in 2020 with my BS in Dental Hygiene. I love being a part of the best team! We all share the same mission of providing the best care for our patients.
I love spending time with my husband and son. We spend our free time biking, hiking, kayaking, golfing, and binging Netflix shows.
